The Company:

Chronos Consulting's Client delivers award-winning managed network services and security solutions to many of the world's largest and fastest-growing multinational companies. Currently serving customers across six continents. They are currently seeking for an International Telecom Buyer to form part of their organization.

 The role:

You will be responsible for:

Supporting the VP of Global Access Technology and Strategy managing global Local Access suppliers, tracking KPI's within the Access Management team as well as providing input to create efficiencies to assure the KPI's are met for the organization.

Working with internal departments identifying key interdependencies and driving internal departments to deliver to meet the department goals.

Supporting sales in pricing and network design and will require some interface with customers.

The Person:               

12-15 years experience in the Telecommunications industry

Telecom Buying, Vendor Management, pricing negotiation, cost optimization experience.

Strong background in network planning and design

Network Optimization and/or cost reductions experience

Proven experience with international contract management and negotiation

IP routing and IP peering experience

MPLS, and IPVPN experience

Strong knowledge of data services product management (Private line, Frame, MPLS, Ethernet, DSL, etc)

Strong carrier and vendor relations experience

Local Access and or other Telecom Pricing team experience

Planning and analysis skills       

Detail oriented with superior organization design and planning capabilities

Excellent and written communication skills

The ability to motivate and drive change within the organization

Fluency in Spanish
